Upcoming Public Sector Social Media Conference

The fall season here in Canada is always full of interesting conferences and events that I have the privilege of  being invited to speak at or simply to attend. One of these in particular, is the Public Sector Social Media Conference put on by the reputable Conference Board of Canada.

This year, I have been asked to open up the event with a short new talk on the evolution and impact of social media on government organizations based on the last 10 years I have been advising public sector clients on the topic. Quite a task for 45 minutes, but I’ll likely be focusing on a few key messages/takeaways along some new developments currently taking place. As a speaker I have been provided with a discount code for others wishing to attend. If you and/or a colleague are thinking about it, you can tweet me at @mikekujawski and I’ll gladly share it with you.

What I’m looking forward to the most however, is actually listening in on the remaining speakers as this is one of those events that I like to stick around for. Here is the full speaker line-up. The conference takes place on October 27-28 in Ottawa, Canada.

I hope to see you there!
